Quote enquiry data
The form may collect your name, contact details, postcode, property type, requested service, timing and project description. Our hosting provider processes the request and our transactional email provider delivers it to our mailbox. We use the information to assess coverage, respond and, where relevant, share the enquiry with independent installers so they can contact you about quotations.
The form asks for consent before submission. You can withdraw consent for future sharing by emailing us, although this does not undo processing that already took place lawfully.
Retention and sharing
We aim to delete unsuccessful or completed enquiry records within 12 months unless a longer period is reasonably required for an active introduction, dispute, legal obligation or security issue. Installers receiving an enquiry act under their own privacy responsibilities and should explain any further use directly.
Server records
The hosting provider may process ordinary technical logs such as IP address, request time and requested path for security, abuse prevention and reliability. Retention depends on the configured host.
Third-party links
External websites have their own privacy practices. We do not place their content or trackers inside our pages.
Your choices and rights
Do not include payment details, health data or unnecessary sensitive information. You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, or object where applicable, by emailing us. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
