A commercial catalogue, not WindFree
Domestic Samsung walls, including WindFree, are aimed at houses and flats. CAC equipment is aimed at occupied commercial rooms: a four-way cassette in a shop grid, a ducted indoor above an office, a high-capacity split in a restaurant. Controls, pipe limits and warranty paths differ. A quote that mixes the names without model codes is muddled.
The outdoor unit is larger, the electrical load is higher, and the condensate from a cassette must be pumped or drained so it cannot stain a sales floor. Filter access is a monthly fact, not a domestic once-a-year thought. Ask for CAC model codes and the indoor type. Confirm void depth before you choose a cassette. Plan filter access and a safe way to reach the outdoor unit.
Zones, fresh air and process heat
Zoning so the till area and the stock room are not stuck on one sensor, fresh air if the occupancy needs it, and door heaters or air curtains as a separate question when the entrance is open all day. A single domestic wall unit will not hold a shop with the door open. CAC can be the right scale.
Heat pump heating is available on many commercial splits. Confirm winter capacity if the unit is expected to take the edge off a mild day. Process loads and kitchens need their own heat-gain notes.
Leak checks, inspections and a shop elevation
F-gas certification for installation and for later leak checks where the refrigerant charge requires them.
