One cassette in the hall will not hold a shut meeting room. Give each closed room its own indoor unit if it is occupied on its own timetable. Power, asbestos in old ceilings, and a landlord or council landlord consent sit on the critical path. Service access has to work around a public building that is not empty just because the hall looks quiet at survey. An F-gas certified company should install the zones.
